All the tandoori dishes are prepared from selected meat or king prawns marinated for at least 24 hours to a spiced enriched flavour. Tandoor marinate consists of natural yoghurt, blended with cumin seeds, ground ginger, pureed garlic, green chillies, mint, mustard oil & lemon juice, cooked on skewers over charcoal in the clay oven (tandoor). Fully garnished & served with pilau rice, salad & traditional curry sauce
